Chafing Involving the Legs
One problem commonly felt by people who exercise is chafing between your legs or inner thighs. The thighs are activated during various sorts of activities including walking and jogging, biking, even swimming, which creates friction on the skin, or chafing “hot spots.” Here are some useful tips for eliminating chafing involving the thighs:
Wear protective clothing that creates a barrier between skin that normally rubs together. Biking shorts or pants which are snug however, not too tight keep loose skin in check.
